Terms & Conditions – #TicketsAndTapas Competition

1. Eligibility
   This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. No purchase necessary. Employees of Tapas Madrid or Elite Cinema and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must:

   • Like and share the original competition post

   • Like both the Tapas Madrid and Elite Cinema social media pages

   • Comment on the original post using the hashtag #TicketsAndTapas

3. Competition Period
   The competition closes at 11:59 PM on 30 November 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered. The winner will be announced within the first week of December 2025 via social media.

4. Prize
   The prize will be detailed in the original competition post. No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable and subject to availability.

5. Winner Selection
   One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be contacted via social media. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.

6. Right to Cancel or Modify
   Tapas Madrid and Elite Cinema reserve the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice or explanation.

7. Data Protection
   By entering, participants agree that their name and comment may be used in promotional materials. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

8. Acceptance of Terms
   Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
