Guest Information

We do not collect or store personal data from guests once their visit to the restaurant is complete. We do not use tracking tools, log visit details, or retain customer information for marketing purposes.
 

Contact Details

In some cases, a staff member may save a guest’s phone number on their work device—for example, to confirm a booking or follow up on a dietary request. These numbers are used solely for operational purposes and are never shared outside of Tapas Madrid.
